QuiBids 101
Let's Talk Limit Busters!
Everybody shops with QuiBids to save BIG and have fun! We realized early on that there was a significant amount of users who not only often reached their daily win limit but also the 28-day win limit, and grew tired of waiting around for their win limits to expire. That’s just no fun at all now, is it?
So we created Limit Busters as a way for you to deduct wins from your 28-day auction win limits, enabling you to participate in more auctions. It’s a little confusing, we realize. So, let's consider the following scenario:
John Doe has won 3 auctions today, including a Bust One - Limit Buster, and has a total of 5 wins for the 28-day period. When John purchases the Bust One - Limit Buster, the most recent win would be deducted from his win limits which would drop his wins for the 28-day period to 4.
Keep in mind that Limit Buster and Voucher Bid auctions still count towards your daily limit. Limit Busters only clear wins off your 28-day win limit.
If you have any questions, feel free to add them in the comments section below or read an overview of Limit Busters in the FAQ's.

If all 12 limits are full can you bid on a limit buster?
katiehern@QuiBids Says:
Absolutely, as long as you have not reached your daily win limit!
negra153 Says:
Can limit busters be purchased?
katiehern@QuiBids Says:
Yes, you can buy a limit buster at anytime during the auction and up to 2 hours after the auction if you have placed at least one bid.

If I won an auction but decide not to finish the transaction and pay for it, will it open the slot in my available wins?
jhayworth@QuiBids Says:
Great question! Your win limit will remain filled even if you do not purchase the item you won, as the auction limits are based upon won auctions rather than items purchased!
ollie313 Says:
Do I lose the auction/item if it's cleared out from a Limit Buster?

No, you will still receive that item.
KimiSueRN Says:

The 24hr time period, does it start from the time you win your first auction or your last?
katiehern@QuiBids Says:
Each auction has its own 24 hour time limit. For example, lets say that you win three auctions at one o'clock, two o'clock, and three o'clock. At one o'clock the next day one of your limits will expire. The next two limits will be busted at two and three o'clock

Hi: I'm thinking of registering..but I don't understand the gift card auctions that are listed as "You Choose IT"...I think it means ( if I win) that I could choose the card I want..But I didn't see a list of choices... Where are they listed ? Thanks Drew (arcspot)
katiehern@QuiBids Says:
Yes you are right! Our You Choose It cards allow you to choose the card you would like. You can view the card options on the auction page of the card under the product details section.
rmfulle Says:
How do I know when I can bid again if I've reached my 24 hour limit?
katiehern@QuiBids Says:
Your 24 hour limit will expire from the first auction that you won in a 24 hr time period. So if you won your first auction at 8am today the 24 hr time limit will expire tomorrow at 8am.
mireb43 Says:
I have only one win. Will getting a limit buster return my status to a non-winner?
katiehern@QuiBids Says:
No, once you win an auction you will no longer be considered a beginner or non- winner. Limit busters are used to expire your 12 wins in a 28 day time frame limit.
