Watching Out for Your Watchlist
Have you heard about the Watchlist? This feature tracks items that you are interested in on QuiBids! How will it help you? Read below.
With thousands of items up for auction on QuiBids every day, remembering where all your favorite items are can be harder than finding a needle in a haystack. So how can you find where that Apple iPad or $100 Gift Card is located in the pages and pages of QuiBids’ auctions? The Watchlist. The Watchlist allows you to save and track your favorite items as you are browsing the pages of QuiBids. How does this handy feature work?
While checking out the hottest deals on our site, you can click on any auction that interests you to see its status and bidding activity. On that item’s Live Auction page, you will see a button with red lettering that says “Add Auction to Watchlist” in the upper right hand corner of the auction. If you want to follow this item, click on it (you’ll have to be logged in), and it’ll be added to your account’s “Watchlist.” Where do you see that? Well, after clicking on “Add Auction to Watchlist,” click on the “My QuiBids” tab. You will then see on the opening page, the item(s) you selected and wanted to watch. The "Watchlist" will automatically order the auctions by end time.
The benefits of the Watchlist:
1. UNLIMITED: You can keep track of as many upcoming items as you want! If you decide you no longer want to follow an item anymore or the item shows up SOLD, you can simply delete it and remove it from your Watchlist.
2. STRATEGY: Keep a tally on the same product for multiple auctions, to see the average amount that item eventually sells for. It can help give you an advantage for that same item in another future auction.
3. TIME-SAVING: It can be used throughout the day for you to check on the item and to see its status. If you see it’s too popular of an auction for you, then you may want to come back another time for another auction and not waste time on this one.
This tool helps you win big by saving you time and money – and who doesn’t need that? Feel free to leave your comments about the Watchlist and its benefits in your QuiBids’ auctions. As always, happy bidding!

I use the Watchlist quite a bit. The one thing I wish it had is a way to sort the list by bidding time (the status column).

Is there a button to get to my watch list easily? I can't figure out how to get back to it.

You can always return to your Watchlist by clicking on "My QuiBids" and you should be able to see your Watchlist if you are currently watching items!

Do I have to participate in an auction in order to see it on my watch list?
Claire@QuiBids Says:
Nope! You can watch auctions even if you are not participating!

Yes. This is true. I have used this to help me win the few things that I have. It is really fun.
