QuiBids 101
Your Favorite Tip - Poll Results
From May 4th – May 18th, we conducted a small poll with big results! We wanted to find out what your favorite tip has been so far in QuiBids101. We posed the question: “What is your favorite tip to use when participating on QuiBids?” The results were pretty interesting and we’re excited to share them with you.
Crowd Favorite: Start Off Small and Work Your Way Up
About 32% of everyone who took the poll (over 450 votes) voted their favorite tip has been to “Start Off Small and Work Your Way Up.” We love to stress this tip to our customers, especially to the newbies on QuiBids. It can be very easy to start bidding exclusively on one of the flashy, more popular products. However, we know that jumping into a high-dollar auction right off the bat, such as a MacBook auction, can be an overwhelming first experience. One can lose lots of bids, and pretty fast, if not careful! So, starting off with a beginner auction by going for gift cards and smaller items first is always a great way to begin. You’ll become accustomed to our process and gain more experience along the way.
Runner-Up: Go into an Auction Expecting to Pay Retail
Another 27% of the total votes cast, liked the tip, “Go into an Auction Expecting to Pay Retail.” This tip sets the absolute best mindset when entering an auction. You never have to spend more than retail for an item at QuiBids. So if you’re in the market for a particular item, why not go for it on QuiBids?! You have the opportunity to win it at a great discount. And if you don’t win the auction, that’s when you can use the Buy It Now feature! It’s a win-win situation – you will get your item either way.
Third Place Winners
Next, a solid 18% chose “Other Answer” for the tips you like. What are those? Feel free to post your comments here and let us know! We’d love to see them, and we are sure others would too!! The other 23% was divided between “Using the Buy It Now Feature” and “Using the Bid-O-Matic in Time Constraints.”
Thank you very much for participating in our poll and giving us some insight into your QuiBids’ thinking. As always, we will continue to strategize for YOU, our customers, and share more tips along the way. So keep checking back!
Happy Bidding!

Is there a way to put my "Watched Items" in sequence according to their bid start time?

Great question! The Watchlist automatically orders the auctions by end time.
