Where's My Order?
Delivery times vary for each item that we auction. Most of our items are shipped directly from our supplier within two days of paying for the auction item. We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been processed and shipped. Although we do not guarantee a shipping date for items purchased, most items should arrive within 14 days. Please check your email for any notifications.
If you haven’t received your product within 14 days of purchasing your item, please contact our Customer Service team to resolve this situation. Most of our items are shipped soon after you pay for the item. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock which causes a delay in shipment.

If tracking information is provided for your order you may view it by going to your My QuiBids account, and selecting the 'Won Auctions' tab. The tracking information will be listed under the title and picture of the item that was shipped.
Back To TopReturns and Refunds
If for whatever reason, you decide that you do not want the item you received, please contact our Customer Support team and we’ll help out with the return process. Items may only be returned within 21 days of when you received the item. Please have available the auction ID and your username as this information will help us resolve your return more quickly. We can only offer a refund on the price you paid for the item as well as shipping costs. We cannot offer you a refund on the bids that you placed on the auction.
*Please note: The refund for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the item's price.

International Shipping (Outside the US)
Currently, QuiBids only delivers to the United States. We are looking to expand globally in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope you will check back with us soon!
Back To TopExchanging a Broken or Incorrect Item
Please DO NOT send the item back to us or back to the shipper without contacting us. This will only increase the time it takes to replace your item.
We’re sorry that you have received an item with which you are not happy. Occasionally, an item might not work or may get damaged in transit. If this occurs, we will solve your problem as quickly as possible.
It is sometimes useful to check the manufacturer’s website or call their helpline. The most common problems are usually solved without having to return the product.
In the event that the product you received is faulty, please contact us at support@quibids.com, and we’ll work with you to quickly resolve the situation. Please have available the auction ID, username, and the serial number of the product. This information helps us resolve your problem more quickly.
Shipping Rates
The shipping cost of an item will always be shown at the bottom of the auction screen under "Payment Information." This charge may also be viewed upon checkout when you purchase an item.

On rare occasions, we will not be able to ship the specific item detailed in the auction. If this happens, QuiBids will contact you and explain the circumstance. This will result in us sending a product of at least equal value. Often, this will mean an upgrade to the newer version of the item. We are very sorry for any inconvenience we may cause. We will always do our best to keep you happy.
