How do I change my password?

You can change your password by going to My QuiBids and selecting "Change Password" under My Account or by clicking here

I forgot my password or username. What can I do?

Select "Forgot Password?" in the login area on the home page. Once you click Reset Password, an email containing your username will be sent to you. This email will also have a link that will enable you to reset your password.

How do I change my email preferences?

On the My QuiBids page, select My Information under the My Account tab. On this page, you will be able to edit all email preferences. You can also do this by clicking here

How do I change my username?

Unfortunately, your username cannot be changed. When registering, please avoid choosing a username that could offend other users as your username will be visible to other users. If you notice a username that is offensive, please contact Support and we will work on changing it.

How do I change my address or add a new one?

Shipping and billing information can only be added or edited during a checkout. When you make your next purchase, you will have the ability to update this information.

Where can I check my Bid Credit History?

Go to My QuiBids and click Bid Credit History. Here, you'll find a breakdown of the date and time bids were added, expiration, bid type, and the number of bids.

What's an avatar?

An avatar is an image that's used to represent a user account. We have plenty of fun icons you can choose from! Pick your own by going to My QuiBids, where you'll see your current avatar. Click the "Change" link below your current avatar to pick a new one. Choose the image you like best and it will automatically be updated!

How do I deactivate my account?

We're sorry you wish not to continue with our services. If there's a concern you wish to address before deactivating your account, please contact Support, and we will do whatever we can to make your experience at QuiBids more enjoyable. If you still wish to deactivate your account, please go to My QuiBids, and select Deactivate Account in the My Account section.
