The QBar is located at the bottom of your screen whenever you're logged in. It features eight key components: User Profile View, My QuiBids, My Bids, Watchlist, Notifications, a social media portal, a connection meter, and Support.

The QBar was developed for your convenience and to keep you informed about your QuiBids account. You can do almost everything in one place!

The QuickBuy feature located on the QBar allows you to buy bids directly from the auction page!  If your credit card information is saved, then you can purchase bids through the QBar at any time! You can buy as many as 500 bids at a time (in 25 bid increments) by sliding the bid bar over to the amount of bids you wish to purchase.

The only payment methods available for QuickBuy are the options saved within your billing information under My QuiBids. You cannot add new payment information to the QuickBuy directly.

You can minimize the QBar by clicking on the QBar logo that is located on the far left side. If you want to open the QBar after minimizing, simply click on the QBar logo again.

Fear not, Valued QuiBids Customer! If you're worried that you've been charged double, the first thing you should do is consider if the extra charge on your online credit card statement could be a pending transaction.

A pending transaction, or authorization hold, is a standard banking industry practice of authorizing electronic transactions made with a debit card or credit card. The card's balance will be unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (also called settlement), or until the hold "clears off."

This process only gives the appearance of a duplicate transaction. If you recently completed your purchase, it's very likely that the double charge is a pending transaction. Pending transactions will be cancelled by your bank in a few days, and only the original charge will remain.

If you would like more information about pending transactions, please contact your bank or credit card company for the most accurate information pertaining to your statement. If the charge has not cleared after a few days, please contact Support.

Hybrid Auctions contain both a product and a specified amount of Voucher Bids. Once you pay for your auction win or choose to Buy Now, the Voucher Bids will be added to your account automatically. The status of the auction will read "Credited" until the item ships. The amount of Voucher Bids in a Hybrid Auction will vary between 5 and 20 bids. These auctions are indicated in the top right corner by icons like the images below.

Our QLive feature is an interactive map that allows you to see where all auction participants are bidding from. You can view this map at the top of each Auction page, right under "Recently Ending Auctions."
 

Two flags will appear on this map. The red flags denote the current winner of the auction, while the yellow flags show where the previous bid came from.

If you do not wish to view this map you may select the ‘Hide’ button on the right side of the page. Select ‘Show’ to bring it back. You may hide your location by going to My QuiBids and selecting the ‘My Information’ tab. You'll then select ‘Yes’ next to ‘Hide My Location’. If you do this, you'll still show up on the map, though, your point of location will be shown in the 'Bermuda Triangle' instead of your actual location.

Please note that this map isn't 100% accurate. Sometimes it might tag you in another state, y'know- just to mix things up.
