Shipping & Returns
Delivery times vary for each item that we auction. Most of our items are shipped directly from our supplier within two days of paying for the auction item. We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been processed and shipped. Although we don't guarantee a shipping date, most items arrive within 7-10 business days. Please check your email for any notifications.
If you haven’t received your product after 14 business days, please contact Support.

Back To TopTo help maintain our customer 100% satisfaction guarantee, most merchandise purchased from QuiBids may be returned anytime within 30 days for a refund of the transaction price of the merchandise returned, but not the bids used in the auction.
Refunds:
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the purchase price and the shipping cost of the merchandise returned. Please note that any bids placed with the associated auction are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange:
If you purchased a product from QuiBids that you wish to exchange for a replacement, you can return that item and we will replace it with the exact item (subject to availability) within 30 days. If that item is no longer available, you will be contacted and offered Product Replacement.
Defective items:
An item that is discovered to be defective upon receipt can be exchanged, or returned for a refund of the transaction price within 30 days.
Damaged items:
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 1 business day after the date of receipt. An item that is discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
Return shipping:
We only reimburse return shipping costs when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In the case that we are unable to provide a return label, we will reimburse the shipping cost in voucher bids credited to your QuiBids account. We will ship the replacement product to you at our expense, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Product Replacement:
In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we will offer Product Replacement for an alternative but comparable item, as determined by QuiBids' sole discretion. If a product replacement option is unacceptable, you may choose to issue a full refund including bids spent in that auction.

Product Condition:
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information to ensure all merchandise is being returned.
Return Exceptions:
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned:
- Gift cards
- Apple iPads
- Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink
- Intangible goods such as bid vouchers, Limit Busters, etc.
- BBQ grills
- Televisions*
- Wall-mounting brackets (after the manufacturer's box has been opened)
- Any additional item as reflected in the auction page
*Televisions are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty and are subject to the terms of the warranty. In-home service is available on most TVs, depending on the manufacturer and the size of the television. If defective, they will be serviced (repaired or replaced) by a manufacturer authorized-service technician.
Limitations on Returns:
Any item that falls outside of 30 days from the delivery date is not eligible for a return. If the item is beyond 60 days of the purchase date, QuiBids reserves the right to refuse any investigation into the issue.
Shipping Claims:
Anytime an order is shown delivered according to the shipping agency and is contested by the customer, a claim will be initiated with the shipping agency. This process must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery (according to tracking information). If a delivery claim is initiated outside of the 14 days (according to tracking information), then a claim will not be initiated with the shipping agency.
QuiBids is not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise once it has been received by the customer. Additionally, QuiBids is not responsible for any item that is sold to a third party. QuiBids products and services are offered exclusively to private users and not to commercial or semi-commercial retailers.
The shipping cost of an item will always be shown on the auction page in the product information area. This charge can also be viewed upon checkout when you purchase an item.
Back To TopOn rare occasions, we will not be able to ship the specific item detailed in the auction. If this happens, QuiBids will contact you and offer a replacement item or a full refund. These situations are rare and we will always do our best to keep you happy.
