Here's some feedback from some of our customers:
"I started using QuiBids on 12/12/09. After a few bids, I won a PS3. I was very scared and wondered if I just gave my VISA number to just anybody on line. Now a day you can't just trust any site. But to my surprise when I contacted you through your customer support number, I got an answer in seconds. The next day I spoke to you and you were so helpful that I continued buying bids. I got my PS3 in just a few days before Christmas. This is the GOD'S honest truth. Each time I called, I appreciated how you helped and answered every question I had. I also won the Back to Basics Egg & Muffin Toaster and the bean bag with surround sound to use with the PS3. Most of these gifts will be given to kids that I love. Trust me. "I had some trouble today with the Bid-O-Matic. I thought for sure I had just kissed goodbye a lot of money. I felt like I had been tricked by the "too good to be true" bug. I called customer support and was amazed. I wish I would have asked the gentleman's name who helped me. He was so courteous and helpful. I was ready to be seriously ticked off, but he was so calm and let me know he was going to help me out. I was refunded the bids that were misplaced. I am seriously amazed. You guys are fantastic. I posted on my Facebook page that anyone with an interest in bidding websites should go to QuiBids. Thank you for being so helpful and honest." Leslie B.

I found your site by accident and was curious so I joined up to check it out. I bought your 75 bids package and started bidding in the beginner's. First I won 25 bids cost me $3.45 (bid, final won price & handling cost) saved $11.55; 2nd I won $10.00 AMC Card cost me $3.34 (bid, final won price & handling cost) saved $6.66; 3rd won 50 bids cost me $10.03 (bid, final won price & handling) saved $19.97. So overall I saved $38.18 not bad for a beginner I think. This site is fun but have to watch out - can get carried away in the bidding like you it says on the beginner tips. I did sort of got carried away when I was bidding for the 50 bids - it costs me 9 bids to win while the other 2 items cost me 2 bids each. I sure would like some tips from veteran bidders. Great site! Sure can get addictive too! CJ

Today my husband told me about your site and I thought it was too good to be true so I registered for the membership bought my 100 bids and went on my way within 10 minutes I won more bids, 30 mins later a $15 gift card to Wal-Mart, and after I set my bid-o-matic and checked an hour or so later I'd learned I'd won an iPad 2 16 GB WiFi 3g !!!!! the best part it it was only $9!! I AM SO STOKED!

Just found your site...and have won several pieces of jewelry already. Going to make great gifts. The postage is reasonable, I was expecting it to be much more due to the low cost of the items I won....am happy to report I was wrong. Overall experience is definitely a 10!!! It is addictive though LOL Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

There is no way to lose on Quibids. It's fun to bid on those items that you and your family use. Didn't win your auction? Well, just "buy it now" and try to win the next one at a discounted price. The developers and staff at Quibids have developed a fun, fair, and honest auction/shopping site with reasonable service fees and shipping charges. Quibids is the best I've seen. I won my first and second auctions with only one bid each, paid only $0.01 and $0.04! Had bid on a few other auctions and lost in the blink of an eye so I was pleased to finally win a few easily.

This was a much better site 3 or 4 years ago...Seems like they added so many limits it's impossible to win. I used to win stuff all the time and now I won't spend money on this site.

Didn't get to win the items needed. Hopefully Quibids have not use any bots to control this site. People don't worry about losing one bid, there is always a next bid coming along. Don't be too greedy. GIve others a chance please.

put a half hour into an auction, only to have 5 Bid-O-Matics show up (not the three bidders already in the auction who were flipping back an forth between single bid and bid-o-matic. 5 or 6 NEW bidders using bid-o-matic). ruins the experience not a fan

QB Customer Service is so great! My iPad does not let me play the games that I win so I have to use my super old laptop. (No luck winning a new one on QB). Anyway I was trying to play my game but my laptop kept glitching and I lost it. I contacted CS and they got back to me so fast. I told them what happened and they credited me a new game!! No form, no questions just " here is a new game". I love them! Thanks QB asher2008

Thanks for the feedback! This helps us improve our site! We always offer all items to all users, just not all at the same time. We have to limit how many users can see a particular auction in order to make it possible to win. If all our users were competing in the same auction, it wouldn't be possible to get items at a great deal! The item should be coming up for auction again soon, so keep an eye out!

You should have some auctions that are "real" voucher only. That would level the playing field and everyone would have to rely on timing and skill instead of a bank of vouchers won in a game or something.

I'm a newbie and actually won 2 items....one being Omaha Steaks....HOWEVER..... when I went to check out it wasn't my Omaha Steaks I was getting ready to pay for but a Cigar Cutter....I've contacted customer support with the question as to why this happened and hope to hear back from them via email soon! I've also noticed that if you click on the arrow on the side of the picture you're bidding on it takes you to other items but the people bidding are bidding on the first picture I saw.....hope that just made sense! Wonder if that's the problem with what I thought I was bidding on Steaks in fact was something entirely DIFFERENT!!! Has this happened to anyone...and if so did you get it resolved? I used a good amount of my PAID for bids to win something so different than what I WON! THIS JUST ISN'T RIGHT!

If you navigate back to the auction page, you will see a small link towards the top of that page that says "You Choose It: Update Selection." If you click on that link the system will present you with a list of items for you to choose from. Once you decided for the item you desire, the auction page will reflect that choice. At that point, if you click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the auction page, the system will successfully add that item to your cart.

Game Play auctions need to become locked sooner or at all at some point. Sometimes I want the item and it becomes a bidding war beyond the retail price of the item and the auction never became locked. I know this is a new feature, but please get a grasp on this one quickly. If i have been in the auction battling it out with one or two others and then towards the end a bunch of newbies come in because its a game play, that BS! Cmon guys, help us out on this one!

I am very frustrated with your site when I browse for items lately there isn't much I am interested in. I bring up several differently priced items and go see what else is on the auction but if I finally find something interesting and click on it it might come up with a different item then I have to go and look it up again. this really sucks
