How do I change my password?

You can change your password by going to My QuiBids and selecting "Change Password" under My Account or by clicking here

I forgot my password or username. What can I do?

Select "Forgot Password?" in the login area on the home page. Once you click Reset Password, an email containing your username will be sent to you. This email will also have a link that will enable you to reset your password.

How do I change my email preferences?

On the My QuiBids page, select My Information under the My Account tab. On this page, you will be able to edit all email preferences. You can also do this by clicking here

How do I change my username?

Unfortunately, your username cannot be changed. When registering, please avoid choosing a username that could offend other users as your username will be visible to other users. If you notice a username that is offensive, please contact Customer Support and we will work on changing it.

How do I change my address or add a new one?

Shipping and billing information can only be added or edited during a checkout. When you make your next purchase, you will have the ability to update this information.

Where can I check my Bid Credit History?

Go to My QuiBids and click Bid Credit History. Here, you'll find a breakdown of the date and time bids were added, expiration, bid type, and the number of bids.

Can I change my email address?

Yep! It’s really easy, too. Select the My Account tab under My QuiBids, and you’ll be able to update it there. Or simply by clicking here.

What's an avatar?

An avatar is an image that's used to represent a user account. We have plenty of fun icons you can choose from! Pick your own by going to My QuiBids, where you'll see your current avatar. Click the "Change" link below your current avatar to pick a new one. Choose the image you like best and it will automatically be updated!

Can I change my registered name?

Of course! Please contact Customer Support if your name has changed. We will be glad to help you out.

How can I see the auctions I've won?

Go to My QuiBids and select Won Auctions, or click here.

Are multiple accounts allowed within the same household?

QuiBids does allow users who share a household (e.g. a husband and wife, roommates, etc.) to create one account per person within the same household. However, customer accounts that QuiBids deems related are prevented and/or prohibited from participating in the same auction at the same time, regardless of whether or not they are in direct communication with each other. QuiBids takes collusion very seriously as it is harmful to the customer experience; it is continuously monitored and not tolerated. 

QuiBids defines collusion as two or more user accounts working together in an auction. Failure to comply with these policies can result in disabled accounts and canceled orders.
