Where's my order?
Delivery times vary for each item that we auction. Most of our items are shipped within two days of paying for the auction item. We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been processed and shipped. Although we don't guarantee a shipping date, most items arrive within 7 days. Please check your email for any notifications.
If you haven’t received your product after 14 business days, please contact Customer Support.
How do I track my shipments?
You’ve got several options when it comes to finding your item’s tracking information. Foremost is email: We’ll always email you the necessary information about your item’s shipment, including confirmation, processing, actual time of shipment, and the item’s order status. You’ll receive these updates at whatever email you registered with your QuiBids account.
You can also view tracking information at your Order History, in My QuiBids. There, you can use the search bar to look up a keyword or order number, or sort through your orders using the dropdown menu. When you find the specific order you’re looking for, click View Details. If tracking information is available on this item, then you’ll be able to view it right there on the page. If you require further assistance tracking your order, our Customer Support team is always close by to help!
And lastly, if it’s been a while and you haven’t received an email update, we recommend you check your Spam folder, as emails can get stuck there. We also recommend that you do this before calling in to Customer Support because there’s nothing more facepalm-worthy than calling in to Support about an email that just got filed in the wrong folder. We’ve been there, too.
QuiBids allows returns for most merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered according to tracking information. If no tracking number was assigned to the shipment, the policy is within 35 days of the date the item was shipped.
QuiBids’ Return Policy covers the following types of return situations:
- Return for Refund- Eligible merchandise is returned for a refund from QuiBids
- Exchange- Eligible merchandise is exchanged for a different variation (i.e. customer desires different size or color of the same product.)
- Replacement- Eligible merchandise is returned and replaced with the same exact merchandise (i.e. the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Returns resulting in QuiBids’ error will NOT incur a fee. For returns that are not a result of QuiBids’ error, a fee will apply as defined below.
The maximum refund will not exceed the total amount paid for the merchandise.
Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days after the receipt of returned merchandise to receive the refund.
In the rare event that QuiBids is unable to fulfill an order, QuiBids will offer a product replacement for an alternative but comparable item, as determined by QuiBids' sole discretion. If a product replacement option is unacceptable, you may choose to accept a re-credit of bids spent in the auction and a refund of your transaction price. In addition, if a discount was earned on the order (i.e. won an auction for a discount), QuiBids will reimburse this amount in the form of Voucher Bids.
An item that is discovered to be defective is eligible for a refund/replacement.
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately. QuiBids must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 2 business day of the date of receipt.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. However, if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or the result of QuiBids’ error, QuiBids will pay the cost of return shipping (excluding box or packaging material) in the form of Real Bids (however, these bids will not be able to be refunded for cash).
Limitations on Returns:
Items are no longer eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. QuiBids may refuse investigation of issues initiated after 60 days of the delivery date.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.
Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customer’s responsibility. Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned:
- Bids placed in auctions
- Voucher Bids
- Gift cards
- Apple iPads
- Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory cards, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink
- Intangible goods such as Voucher Bids, Limit Busters, etc.
- BBQ grills
- Some TVs
QuiBids is not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise once it has been received by the customer. Additionally, QuiBids is not responsible for any item that is sold to a third party. QuiBids products and services are offered exclusively to private users. These products and services are not offered to commercial or semi-commercial retailers.
QuiBids doesn't currently offer international shipping options at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What are the shipping rates?
QuiBids offers free shipping on all products shipped in the US. We currently do not offer international shipping options.
Certain products may not qualify for free shipping, but the rates will always be noted on their product page, auction page, and throughout the checkout process.
Are items ever substituted?
On rare occasions, we will not be able to ship the specific item detailed in the auction. If this happens, QuiBids will contact you and offer a replacement item of comparable specifications and value (as determined by QuiBids' sole discretion) or a full refund of the transaction price (including the auction end price and shipping costs, if any). The number of bids you used in the auction will be credited to your account. These situations are rare and we will always do our best to keep you happy.
